YOGA INSTRUCTOR WENDY
Wendy has been a teacher for most of her adult life. Her teaching career began in 1993 as an elementary school teacher. After taking a hiatus from teaching to raise her three children, Wendy decided to combine her two passions; teaching and health/fitness. In 2007 she began teaching group fitness classes. Over a decade later Wendy has earned 11 health and wellness certifications and teaches a variety of classes.
Although Wendy also works as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and Pilates teacher, yoga is her favorite class, to practice and teach! Yoga and meditation have been an incredible gift to Wendy, one in which she is passionate about sharing. She enjoys helping others grow strong from the inside out, become more flexible in body and mind, and experience the relaxation that accompanies moving with mindfulness and breathing consciously. Her style of teaching is authentic, as she always strives to teach from her heart, guiding her students to feel each pose fully, remain connected to breath, and experience present moment living. Along with teaching Hatha Yoga, Wendy also enjoys teaching Vaihayasa Aerial Yoga and Yoga Nidra Meditation.
