Kris’ CrossFit journey began as an athlete at RedShed CrossFit.  RedShed’s mission is “Mind, Body, Fitness,” which aligns perfectly with Kris’ natural and holistic lifestyle.  Kris’ experience at RedShed inspired her to help others meet and exceed their health and fitness potential.   Kris attended the CFL1 training seminar and participated in a coaching mentor program at RedShed CrossFit, which evlolved into a coaching position.  The hands on experience she received at Redshed confirmed her passion for coaching and it became clear that she had to make this her career.  Kris was hired to coach at CrossFit 13 Stars (Morristown) and NJ Fit Elite (Blairstown) and fulfilled her need to connect with people through health, fitness, and nutrition.

Kris’ vision is to provide an environment where individuals can learn to better respect, value and accept themselves and each other, while continuing to develop as humans, as athletes and as a community.

Outside of CrossFit Kris loves anything outdoors, including: snowboarding, snowshoeing, swimming, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, and trail running  with her dog Trooper.
