Kris’ CrossFit journey began as an athlete at RedShed CrossFit. Kris quickly fell in love with CrossFit and wanted to learn more. She then attended the CFL1 training seminar which evolved into a coaching position at RedShed CrossFit, CrossFit 13 Stars and NJ Fit Elite.  The hands on experience confirmed her passion for coaching and it became clear that she had to make this her career.

Kris’ vision for Warrior’s Path CrossFit is to provide an environment where individuals can learn, value and accept themselves and each other, while continuing to develop as humans, as athletes and as a community.

Outside of CrossFit Kris loves anything outdoors, including: snowboarding, snowshoeing, swimming, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, and trail running with her dog Trooper.
