Partner Supersets

A) 4 Supersets w/ Barbells

7 Bench Press

7 Bent Over Row

B) 4 Supersets w/ Dumbbells

7 Weighted Ab Mat Sit Ups

7 Walking Lunges (optional overhead)

C) 4 Supersets w/ Kettlebells

7 x 25′ Farmers Carry – while partner performs

AMRAP Burpees to 6″ target

Score = total number of burpees
Part A- Partner 1 performs both movements then rests while partner 2 performs both movements, then switch.

Upon completion of all 4 supersets, move to B then C

(Can begin at A or B, however must complete Part C last)
